Palliative Care Emergencies

This course for registered professionals who may need to manage palliative care emergencies of Malignant Spinal Cord Compression, Superior Vena Cava Obstruction, Haemorrhage, Hypercalcaemia.

 At the end of the course I will be able to:

• Have a clear understanding of the overall management of the palliative care emergencies
• Recognise the signs and symptoms of the palliative care emergencies
• Recommend the pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for each palliative care emergency
